Responsabilidades

• Work in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling with focus on reliability and data intelligence.

• Work in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (MPS), focusing on reliability, high performance, and data intelligence
• Keep the technical team’s work backlog organized and prioritized
• Direct efforts to maximize coverage through planned work orders and reduce reactive work
• Control the flow of work orders from creation through scheduling
• Allow the lead time required for efficient scheduling of the weekly maintenance routine
• Structure and register equipment in the CMMS/ERP asset hierarchy
• Align criticality levels, bills of materials (BOMs), and preventive/predictive maintenance plans with the industrial strategy
• Ensure that costs for parts, services, and consumables are assigned to work orders and equipment
• Work in close coordination with inventory and materials management
• Ensure the extraction and reliability of departmental performance indicators
• Maximize execution efficiency and the effective working time of the field team

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory; experience with SAP S/4HANA (PM/MM modules) is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
• Experience with or familiarity with BI and data analytics tools, such as Power BI or Databricks
• Hands-on experience with reliability indicators
• Previous practical experience in technical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of reliability methodologies such as WCM and RCM
