Jobtailor is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Specialist in São Paulo to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building electrical systems. You will diagnose faults, perform testing, and implement energy efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with NR-10 and NR-35.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with electrical diagrams, CMMS platforms, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to support large corporate clients and data centers.

Qualificações

• Completed technical or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building maintenance with solid knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis using a structured methodology.
• Practical knowledge of NR-10 and NR-35 regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Experience supporting large corporate clients, preferably in technology environments or data centers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including installations, control panels, and distribution boards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues through root cause analysis.
• Assemble, disassemble, and replace electrical components.
• Conduct regular electrical testing, inspections, and diagnostics.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve operational reliability and energy efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare diagnostic, repair, and technical recommendation reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ABNT NBR standards, NR-10, and NR-35.

• Practical knowledge of NR-10 and NR-35 regulatory requirements
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation
• Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain organized records of maintenance activities
• Previous experience supporting large corporate clients, preferably in technology environments or data centers
• Knowledge of building automation systems and BMS
• Familiarity with energy efficiency, energy management, and building sustainability
• Certifications in technical standards and specialized training in electrical maintenance
• Experience with predictive maintenance and equipment performance analysis tools
• Computer skills for using CMMS platforms and collaboration tools
• Analytical skills to propose improvements and innovations in maintenance processes
