Jobtailor is seeking a specialist to diagnose and improve maintenance master data quality within SAP S/4HANA environments. The role focuses on cleansing, standardizing, and governing master data across locations, equipment, and structures, while ensuring accurate asset representation and compliance with ISO 14001 where applicable.

Qualificações

• Education and experience in Maintenance Master Data and Asset Management
• Experience with SAP PM/EAM, preferably in SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of master data registration, cleansing, standardization, and governance
• Knowledge of maintenance, planning, and asset lifecycle management processes
• Experience with equipment, functional locations, functional structures, maintenance plans, and task lists
• Knowledge of data quality indicators, inconsistency resolution, and backlog management
• Proficiency in Excel for data processing, analysis, and control
• Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
• Experience in implementation, migration, data cleansing, or data stabilization projects in maintenance management systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of A2R processes is advantageous
• Experience in mining and/or industrial environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 EMS desirable

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and assess the quality of maintenance master data
• Identify, analyze, address, and correct master data inconsistencies
• Support the cleansing, organization, and standardization of functional locations, equipment, and functional structures
• Review the suitability of hierarchical levels, ensuring the accurate technical representation of assets
• Standardize the review of task lists, maintenance plans, work centers, classes, technical characteristics, catalog profiles, and strategy profiles
• Perform the technical validation of requests to create, modify, and correct master data
• Support user departments in applying master data registration and information maintenance criteria and standards
• Manage and monitor the backlog of inconsistencies, pending items, and requests related to master data
• Prepare, update, monitor, and report on data quality indicators
• Support the ongoing operation of SAP S/4HANA and applications integrated with maintenance processes
• Support initiatives related to the A2R workflow, including test execution, scenario validation, data cleansing, post-implementation stabilization, and integration with maintenance processes
• Review and eliminate the 7th levels of operations in Brazil by converting them into equipment or repositioning them to the 6th level, in accordance with the guidelines established in PG-006433
• Monitor the progress of master data quality indicators, with the goal of achieving 95% compliance for priority A 5th-level assets, followed by expansion to priority B and C assets and to the 6th and 7th levels
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions to increase the reliability, standardization, and efficiency of master data

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Production Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields
• Experience with Maintenance Master Data and Asset Management
• Experience with SAP PM/EAM, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment
• Knowledge of master data registration, cleansing, standardization, and governance
• Knowledge of maintenance, planning, and asset lifecycle management processes
• Experience with equipment, functional locations, functional structures, maintenance plans, and task lists
• Knowledge of data quality indicators, inconsistency resolution, and backlog management
• Proficiency in Excel for data processing, analysis, and control
• Knowledge of Power BI is considered an advantage
• Experience with implementation, migration, data cleansing, or data stabilization projects in maintenance management systems is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of A2R processes is considered an advantage
• Experience in mining and/or industrial environments is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable
