Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Project Analytics professional to support fleet-related projects, manage timelines, budgets and supplier relationships. You will analyze data with Excel and Power BI, leverage SAP S/4HANA, and coordinate with procurement to define sourcing plans, report progress, and mitigate risks with stakeholders.

Successful candidates will hold a related degree, demonstrate strong communication, and show experience delivering complex projects in a corporate

• Completed or ongoing degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other procurement tools
• Experience performing the activities described

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of fleet-related projects, including aircraft induction and modifications, fleet certifications, and fleet interchangeability.
• Inform support teams about project timelines, deliverables, budget and objectives.
• Track project work plans, scope and budget.
• Assist with controlling tasks, deadlines and resource requirements.
• Monitor ongoing activities to ensure milestones are completed as planned.
• Prepare reports, deliverables and budget controls for communication with the Project Manager.
• Identify risks and communicate progress, issues, and areas requiring attention.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support identification of process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies of operating companies and the Group.
• Extract, organize, analyze data and generate insights.
• Support the definition of the sourcing plan with leadership and Procurement team.
• Prepare and consolidate presentations, reports, comparisons, and summaries for negotiations, senior management, and strategic meetings.
• Participate in meetings with key stakeholders and ensure the accuracy of the data presented
