S PARCEL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations Executive to support daily logistics, fleet coordination and delivery activities in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on work with vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations across the fleet. You will plan deployments, monitor fleet status and liaise with workshops and service providers for maintenance. The successful candidate will handle vehicle inspections, tire/battery changes and basic repairs,

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics, fleet management or related field.
• Must have practical knowledge in changing tyres, batteries and minor repairs.
• Comfortable with hands-on and physical work.
• Physically interacts with vehicles and equipment.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Class 4 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Plan vehicle deployment, schedules and operational requirements.
• Monitor fleet condition and ensure vehicles are maintained in good condition.
• Conduct basic checks on vehicles and identify maintenance issues.
• Liaise with workshops, suppliers and service providers for repairs.
• Assist with changing fleet tyres, batteries and minor repairs when required.
• Perform physical inspections and operational checks of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, repairs and operations.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other operational duties as needed.
• Ensure all logistics activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties related to logistics and fleet operations as assigned.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Logistics Operations Executive to support our daily logistics operations, fleet coordination and delivery activities.

The successful candidate will be required to coordinate logistics operations while also being comfortable with physical and hands-on work involving vehicles, equipment and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Plan and manage vehicle deployment, schedules and operational requirements.
• Monitor fleet condition and ensure vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
• Conduct basic checks on vehicles and identify maintenance issues.
• Liaise with workshops, suppliers and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

• Physical interaction with vehicles, equipment and operational activities is required.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and respond to operational issues promptly.
• Possess a responsible attitude towards vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Class 4 driving licence will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant technical, mechanical or fleet-related experience are encouraged to apply.
