ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Brazil seeks a Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day site logistics, vehicle scheduling, and inventory updates for smooth supply-chain operations.

The role focuses on ensuring timely movement of goods, asset tracking, and adherence to safety standards and SOPs, with liaising duties with port authorities and clients for billing and compliance.

Qualificações

• Possess Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day site logistics activities to guarantee the smooth, timely movement of goods across the supply chain.
• Maintain complete control of site trailer parking space and conduct daily master inventory updates to ensure full asset tracking across all operational yards.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems across all company vehicles and trailers.
• Conduct regular stock takes and physical inventory audits.
• Track and schedule all vehicles and trailers due for mandatory inspections to maintain fleet reliability.
• Enforce driver and site staff adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
• Handle statutory customs declarations and address submission exceptions with relevant border/port authorities as required.
• Coordinate directly with local port/terminal operators regarding site personnel and driver access matters.
• Monitor overnight yard parking activity and track trailer equipment usage on-site.
• Compile and submit accurate operational documentation to the Finance department for billing detention, overnight parking, and equipment usage fees to clients.
• Track driver overtime hours and liaise directly with clients and drivers regarding billable overtime.
