GPA ENGINEERING CORPORATION PTE LTD* in Brazil (Região Norte) is seeking an proactive Operations Executive to coordinate with customers, suppliers and logistics partners and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle orders, deliveries, stock records and documentation, while supporting ISO processes and continuous improvement. The role requires a diploma in a related field and 2–3 years of Operations experience; Globe 3 ERP is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in Operations.
• Experience with Globe 3 ERP System is an advantage.
• Independent, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to manage orders from processing to fulfilment.
• Liaise on delivery arrangements and follow up on back orders or issues.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Generate purchase orders after clarifying requirements and pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure goods are ready on time.
• Arrange shipments with freight forwarders for smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor product availability.
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices.
• Ensure relevant operational documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Support ISO certification renewal processes and ensure requirements are met.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive who enjoys coordinating with customers, suppliers and logistics partners and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from processing through fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Liaise with customers on delivery arrangements and proactively follow up on back orders or issues
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Generate purchase orders after clarifying requirements and confirming pricing
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure goods are ready on time
• Work closely with freight forwarders to arrange shipments and ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor product availability
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices
• Ensure relevant operational documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Support ISO certification renewal processes and ensure relevant requirements are met

About you

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
• 2–3 years of working experience in Operations
• Experience with Globe 3 ERP System is an advantage
• Independent, proactive and committed, with good attention to detail
