Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (Sembawang) is seeking a procurement professional to handle end-to-end purchasing and order management. You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and coordinate imports with logistics and warehouse teams.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain. You will maintain ERP records, monitor inventory, and liaise across Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth procurement and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience in supplier management and order management is a plus.
• Experience in import/export coordination is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Handle purchasing and order management, including PO processing, order tracking and supplier follow-up.
• Source and evaluate local & overseas suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and lead times.
• Coordinate import shipments and deliveries with suppliers, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment needs and product availability to prevent stock shortages.
• Maintain supplier pricing, product information and purchasing records accurately in the ERP system.
• Check supplier invoices against POs and maintain proper purchasing documentation and reports.
• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance on purchasing and delivery matters.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company procedures, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
