TransPerfect is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage language projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment in São Paulo.

You will coordinate phases, liaise with sales, negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors, and ensure quality checks and documentation.

Strong English, degree in linguistics/translation, 1 year experience, and solid MS Office skills are required.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• University Degree (preferably linguistics/translation related studies)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Independent in carrying out assigned tasks
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
• Experience in translation/localization project management is a strong advantage

• Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment
