Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of language and translation projects. You will coordinate resources, liaise with sales to clarify parameters, and ensure linguistically accurate results through global translators and QA teams.

In this entry-level role you will develop toward roles such as Executive or Senior Project Manager, with opportunities to lead special projects and build industry knowledge across TransPerfect’s markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects and allocating resources is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life-cycle of assigned language/translation projects from start to finish.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Liaise with sales to clarify project parameters and ensure quality.Coordinate with translators and proofreaders globally and QA teams to meet instructions.
• Investigate client queries, resolve issues with QA/Management, drive improvements.

Project Coordinators execute all language/translation projects from the start to the finish and serve as a single point of accountability for their successful completion.
