Jobtailor is seeking a digital product designer to shape end-to-end journeys, from problem framing to flows, interfaces, and specifications. You will produce design artifacts and hand off to development, collaborating daily with product, engineering, and data teams.

You will apply the design system, exploit AI to accelerate design, and critique your work and others to elevate quality. A strong UX foundation and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

Experience working in digital product design within a product team, with at least one flow delivered and running in production.
Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day work, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and interactive prototypes.
Strong knowledge of UX and interface fundamentals, including information architecture, visual hierarchy, states, typography, mobile-first design, and accessibility principles.
Curiosity, initiative, and organization: a desire to understand the problem, business rules, and objective before opening Figma; bring a proposal rather than waiting for a fully defined request; and manage deliverables autonomously while knowing how to prioritize and ask for help at the right time.
A genuine interest in collaboration: think together, show unfinished work, seek feedback early and provide it as well, and discuss feasibility and scope with Product and Engineering.
A desire to innovate with Artificial Intelligence: already use AI in your own process, critically evaluate its output, and share what works with the team.
A plus: practical experience applying AI to the design process, including assisted prototyping, generation of content and design variations, and automation of repetitive work.
Advanced Figma skills: libraries, variables and tokens, theming, and file-structure best practices.
Experience with products serving a large user base or used frequently.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to communicate with developers and understand what is simple or costly to implement.
Knowledge of accessibility applied to products, including WCAG.
English proficiency for reading technical documentation and references.

Responsabilidades
