Ascendum Solutions is seeking a senior UI/UX designer for LATAM, Brazil. You will mentor other UI designers, set visual direction for roll-out, and develop and maintain design systems and style guides. You will advocate for user-centered design with clients and contribute to the strategic UX vision.

You will lead design reviews, handle complex projects, and participate in planning and scoping. Deep Figma expertise and ability to produce developer-ready specs are essential.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of advanced Figma concepts.
• Create user-centered designs from business requirements and user feedback.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI mockups, and developer specifications.

• Often involved in project planning and scoping

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and user feedback

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals/deadline
• Ability to explain design methodology used in UI design
• Apply directed feedback from clients and/or senior team member
• Be able to create Figma components and add them to an existing design system
• Ensuring designs are accessible and meet usability standard
