Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Product/UX Designer to own end-to-end design from discovery to shipped product. You will conduct user research, synthesize insights with AI tools, and craft user-centered flows and interfaces.

We value rapid iteration, rigorous testing, and strong visual/interaction design. Proficiency in Figma, English communication, and frontend awareness are important; Git and agent-ready guidelines are a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience as Product, UX, or Interaction Designer, owning design work end to end from discovery to shipped product.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI in the design workflow, such as Claude, Figma AI, or v0.
• Experience planning and running user research and usability testing and synthesizing insights.
• Bias for shipping, fast iterations, early testing, and refining in the open.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Clear, confident communication and comfort presenting and defending design decisions.
• Good English level.
• Frontend knowledge is nice to have.
• Comfortable with Git and the command line is nice to have.
• Experience with structured, agent-ready guidelines is nice to have.
• History of building skills, apps, or tools to improve process efficiency is nice to have.
