Jobtailor is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft interfaces and flows in Figma for web and mobile. You will shape CRM communications across Email, Push, SMS, and RCS to drive retention and engagement.

Ideal candidates bring UX writing for CRM channels, strong analytics knowledge, and a portfolio of product and CRM projects. Agile mindset and collaboration with SFMC are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design interfaces, user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma for web and mobile.

• Design interfaces, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma for web and mobile (iOS/Android)
• Design and optimize communications and creative assets for Email, Push, SMS, and RCS, with a focus on retention, win-back, and engagement
• Develop in-product and channel communications, microcopy, CTAs, and messages for different personas and stages of the customer journey
• Create hypotheses, design visual and copy variations, and monitor A/B tests to optimize platform conversion and usage
• Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, bringing together design, technology, and data to drive business objectives and LTV

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping)
• Proven experience in UX/UI Design for digital products (mobile and web)
• Experience with UX Writing and creating content/copy for CRM channels (Push, Email, SMS, RCS)
• Practical knowledge of Engagement/Growth Metrics and A/B Testing
• Analytical, agile, and results-oriented mindset, connecting design with conversion and retention goals
• Portfolio demonstrating product, interface, and/or CRM campaign case studies
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Experience with or familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) — a plus
• Knowledge of product analytics/metrics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, Hotjar) — a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing and digital channels — a plus
