• Lead client campaigns, serving as the design point of contact, aligning expectations, and presenting proposals directly.
• Develop the main visual concept (Key Visual/KV) for campaigns of various scales.
• Create materials in accordance with internal brand guidelines and clients' brand books.
• Adapt the KV for different formats, especially CRM journeys, email marketing, and WhatsApp assets.
• Develop website and microsite layouts focused on user experience and campaign objectives.
• Create strategic, optimized assets designed to drive campaign conversions.

Requirements

• Solid, proven experience as a Senior Designer.
• Portfolio featuring KVs, digital campaigns, and web layouts.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Previous experience creating CRM assets.
• Understanding of best practices for email marketing and WhatsApp.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients to present ideas and gather briefs.
• Knowledge of performance- and conversion-focused design (Growth Design).
