Votorantim is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial projects in cement and mining sectors. You will analyze technical specifications, coordinate Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met across multiple interfaces.

Responsibilities include defining scope and resources, budgeting and tendering, and validating vendor proposals. Travel to sites will be required; safety and regulatory compliance are integral to the role.

Responsabilidades

• Execute projects at industrial facilities by analyzing specs, coordinating teams, and monitoring quality, costs and deadlines.
• Define project scope, delivery dates, interfaces, phases and resources.
• Prepare budgets, tender documents, and evaluate technical proposals.
• Validate technical leveling of equipment and services proposals.
• Ensure third-party contracting quality and qualifications.
• Monitor ongoing services and report on performance and costs.
• Provide technical support and propose improvements during implementation.
• Update documentation with authorities and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate across Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
• Clarify questions from execution teams regarding designs and changes.
• Oversee basic and detailed design for Electrical discipline and related areas.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standards.
• Assist with filing ARTs issued by engineering providers.

• Ensure the execution of projects at Votorantim’s industrial facilities by analyzing technical specifications, preparing execution details, coordinating internal teams and contractors, and monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines
• Ensure the development of new projects by defining scope, delivery dates, responsibilities, interfaces, phases, and required resources
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and tender documents, contract evaluations, and the technical leveling of proposals
• Validate the technical leveling of proposals for equipment procurement and service contracting
• Ensure the appropriate contracting of third-party services by assessing technical qualifications and quality
• Monitor ongoing services, evaluate quality, perform measurements for payment purposes, manage contracts, and issue reports
• Provide technical support during project implementation by proposing alternatives, viable solutions, and technological improvements
• Update project documentation with public authorities and carry out the required compliance and regularization procedures
• Integrate the Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines, facilitating the exchange of technical information
• Clarify questions from execution teams regarding designs, detailed engineering, supplier deliverables, and execution changes
• Oversee the preparation of basic and detailed designs for the Electrical discipline and related areas
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and technical standards
• Assist with the filing of ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations) issued by engineering service providers
