Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a data-driven analyst to manage data analysis, financial controls, and reporting using Excel, Access, and Power BI within agile teams.

You will consolidate datasets, support forecasting and accruals, and maintain dashboards for management decision-making. The role emphasizes automation, efficiency and accurate cost monitoring in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree required and completed.
Experience in technology companies with data analysis focus.
Advanced Excel skills essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Power BI.
Experience consolidating data from multiple sources.
Experience with data processing and reporting.
Experience with agile routines and governance of requests.
Strong analytical skills and financial information organization.
Experience preparing management reports and performance indicators.
Experience with financial controls, cost monitoring, billing and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

Perform allocation and maintenance of employees in internal systems.
Monitor and support time reporting and hours allocation in financial systems.
Run queries in Access databases; export and process data in Excel.
Import, consolidate and enrich datasets from different areas.
Update and control spreadsheets related to costs, revenue and indicators.
Support accruals and forecast calculations for financial analyses and budgets.
Update dashboards and management reports in Power BI.
Extract and provide information to support management decisions.
Monitor billing and financial indicators in corporate systems.
Work on automation and continuous improvement of financial/operational controls.
Provide occasional coverage for Agile Analysts across groups.

Perform allocation and maintenance of employees in the organization’s internal systems
Monitor and provide support to employees regarding time reporting and allocation of hours in financial systems
Run queries in Microsoft Access databases, exporting and processing data in Excel
Import, consolidate and enrich datasets from different areas
Update and control financial spreadsheets related to incurred costs, revenue assurance and management indicators
Support accrual (Devengado) and forecast calculation processes, contributing to financial analyses and budget projections
Update and maintain dashboards and management reports in Power BI
Extract, analyze and provide information to support management decision-making
Monitor billing and financial indicators through corporate systems
Work on automation, organization and continuous improvement of financial and operational controls
Provide occasional coverage for Agile Analysts across different groups during periods of absence

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (completed)
Experience in technology companies
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Access
Knowledge of Power BI
Experience with data analysis, processing and consolidation
Experience with agile routines and practices, working in agile teams and supporting the monitoring of metrics, planning and governance of requests
Strong analytical skills and organization of financial information
Experience preparing management reports and performance indicators
Experience with financial controls, cost monitoring, billing, forecasting and information management
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and agile team metrics)
Agile Master certification (PSM I) desirable
Experience with SharePoint and corporate document management desirable
Experience with process automation and handling large volumes of data desirable
