Jobtailor is seeking an IT leader to plan, manage and evolve the infrastructure across on-premises and Oracle Cloud, ensuring availability, performance and cost efficiency in line with security standards.

You will lead a technical team, govern multi-cloud environments, supervise budgets, vendor contracts, audits, and collaborate with executive stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.

Qualificações

• Senior IT leader with hands-on cloud and infrastructure management.
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proven involvement in security, compliance and audit processes.
• Experience with vendor contracts, SLAs and IT budgeting.

• Plan, manage and evolve IT infrastructure across on-premises and OCI environments.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Plan, manage and evolve the IT infrastructure, covering on‑premises and Oracle Cloud environments;
• Ensure availability, performance and scalability of business‑critical environments;
• Define and monitor operational SLAs, monitoring and incident response;
• Coordinate backup processes.
• Manage public and private cloud environments, optimizing cost, performance and security (FinOps);
• Lead migration, expansion or infrastructure modernization projects to the cloud;
• Assess and implement architecture best practices, capacity planning and multicloud governance.
• Support the information security area, including vulnerability management, penetration testing (pentest) and incident response;
• Ensure adherence to frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2 and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law);
• Conduct risk assessments and remediation plans with business units;
• Support internal, external and client audits related to security and compliance.
• Manage the technology vendor contract portfolio (cloud, software, telecom, etc.);
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals and adjustment reviews;
• Ensure software licensing compliance, including vendor audits;
• Prepare and control the IT budget, tracking costs, forecasts and financial indicators;
• Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction without compromising quality and security.
• Lead, develop and engage the technical team, setting goals and individual development plans;
• Structure processes, playbooks and technical documentation for the area;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ITSM best practices.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and the board;
• Translate technical information into strategic language to support decision‑making;
• Act as a bridge between IT and other business areas in cross‑functional projects.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience
• Experience in an IT leadership role (manager, coordinator or supervisor), managing technical teams;
• Hands‑on experience administering cloud environments such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure;
• Participation in information security projects (vulnerability management, incident response, or implementation of controls);
• Experience managing contracts with technology vendors, including negotiation and SLA monitoring;
• Experience in IT budgeting/financial management (planning, cost tracking, forecasting).
• Desired experience (differential)
• Experience in technology companies, SaaS or managed service providers;
• Experience with vendor licensing audits (Microsoft SPLA, Oracle, among others);
• Participation in certification or security audit processes (ISO 27001, SOC 1/SOC 2);
• Experience with project management tools;
• Experience in multicloud environments or infrastructure migration projects;
• Previous experience preparing presentations and reports for boards/executive leadership.

• Prior work with ERP products or complex management systems;
