THE EC PREMIUM FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking an Export Sales Administrator to manage inquiries, quotations, and orders from overseas customers and partners. You will coordinate product information, pricing, samples, and customer requirements while ensuring compliance with export regulations.

You will collaborate with logistics, production, and finance teams to schedule shipments, maintain records, and support invoicing and payments across international markets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-up with overseas customers, distributors and business partners.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential international customers.
• Coordinate product information, pricing, samples and customer requirements.
• Coordinate export shipments with customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents and other logistics partners.
• Arrange and monitor shipment schedules, container bookings and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure export transactions and documentation comply with Singapore and destination-country requirements.
• Maintain proper and organised records of customers, orders, shipments and trade documents.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, accounts and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
• Monitor stock availability and production schedules for export orders.
• Assist with invoicing, payment follow-up and other sales administration.
