TAT SENG PACKAGING GROUP LTD is seeking a dedicated team member to support order management, production scheduling, and customer coordination to ensure seamless manufacturing operations and high customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams to verify orders, track delivery timelines, and provide timely updates, contributing to efficient order fulfilment and strong service levels across the manufacturing process.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in customer service or order fulfilment within a manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production planning, or ERP systems.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily communications and act as main account liaison for assigned customers to address enquiries promptly.
• Review and verify Purchase Orders for accuracy before confirming orders to prevent errors.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and delivery timelines to guarantee on-time delivery to customers.
• Expedite urgent orders and provide timely delivery updates to customers.
• Assess production capacity availability and coordinate with operations to plan production schedules effectively.
• Analyze customer usage trends, forecasts, and purchasing patterns to support capacity planning decisions.
• Prepare detailed order reports, fulfilment status updates, and customer activity summaries for management review.
• Manage escalations by resolving issues through cross-functional teamwork to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Execute additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or order fulfilment within a manufacturing environment
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production planning, or ERP systems
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Ability to stay task-oriented, organized, and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support or production planning functions is advantageous
