Ruijie Networks seeks a Trade Operations Specialist to manage overseas orders and streamline cross-border fulfillment. You will ensure policy-compliant delivery, assist overseas business, and coordinate with internal teams to keep order entry and fulfillment risks in check.

Requirements include at least two years in cross-border exports, familiarity with LTC/IPD processes, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills. Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Chinese is essential.

• Manage overseas orders (sales loan, prototype borrowing) and improve workflows.
• Ensure delivery compliance per destination country policies and support overseas business.
• Oversee order fulfillment risks and cycle management, including invoicing and receivables.
• Assist in maintaining overseas agents and provide data statistics to sales management.
• Handle local country administrative tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Responsible for overseas orders (including sales loan, prototype borrowing) handling and process improvement, follow the policy of the destination country for delivery compliance, support the company's overseas business.

• Responsible for controlling contract entry and exit, standardizing order fulfillment process and overseeing contract fulfillment risks;
• Responsible for order (including sales loan) fulfillment cycle management, identifying and handling stalled orders, shortening the order fulfillment cycle;
• Responsible for the forecast and achievement of regional (country) sales revenue, invoicing and account receivables;
• Responsible for the management of prototype borrowing, ensuring the accounts are in line with the real;
• Responsible for assisting the maintenance of overseas agents;
• Responsible for assisting the sales department to carry out order data statistics and analysis, providing support for sales management;
• Responsible for local country administrative related works.

Job Requirements:

• Use Chinese, English, and Portuguese to work;
• Have more than two years work experience of cross-border trade export business, familiar with international trade LTC/IPD process, import and export customs logistics knowledge reserve is preferred;
• Skilled in using office software such as Excel, Power Point, Word;
• Take high responsibilities in work, good at logical thing and teamwork, with strong executive force, learning ability, communication skill and public relations ability, familiar with the regional import and export policies, good at integrating internal and external resources, and maintenance of customer relations.
