Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a customer-centric professional to manage inquiries and guide prospective students through the enrollment journey for graduate courses and executive education.

You will provide service via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM, identify needs, present differentiators, and convert leads into enrollments while building lasting relationships with applicants. Flexibility for events and prospecting is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and lead management.
• Proficiency in foreign languages, especially English.
