Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a proactive outreach and enrollment assistant responsible for recruiting students through multiple channels, generating leads, and advising on course offerings. You will manage client portfolios, follow up on enrollments, and prepare outreach materials, using Microsoft Office for reporting.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and data-driven follow-through.

Qualificações

• Education: Preferably currently enrolled in higher education (undergraduate).
• Computer skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Prerequisite: Sales experience required (field/outside sales experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Recruit students through internal and external activities across all commercial channels (companies, schools, door-to-door, NGOs, fairs, events, guerrilla marketing, competitor entrance exams, public competitions, corporate events, etc.)
• Conduct external outreach at companies, schools, retail locations, NGOs, churches and other venues aligned with our services
• Act as an educational consultant, providing information about course offerings, duration, job market prospects and other relevant details
• Generate leads and/or direct prospects to the enrollment/registration websites
• Perform follow-up on client portfolios, enrollment commitments and commercial accounts (companies and schools)
• Prepare and organize materials for outreach (brochures, office supplies, etc.)
• Complete results reports in Excel.
