Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking an Import Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end import processes, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation for goods. You will coordinate with brokers, forwarders, carriers and internal teams to maintain smooth flow of international shipments.

The role requires strong English, Excel proficiency and an eye for detail, with additional value from prior Siscomex experience and handling high-volume imports.

Qualificações

• Experience in import processes, monitoring shipments, customs clearance and delivery of goods.
• Knowledge of import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and related documents).
• Basic understanding of customs legislation, tax classification (NCM) and taxes applicable to operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English for reading documents and communicating with international suppliers.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Organized, analytical and detail-oriented profile, with the ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.
• Differentials: experience with Siscomex and high-volume import operations environments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor import processes from PO issuance to delivery at the distribution center.
• Verify and control import documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates and other required documents.
• Register and monitor processes in Siscomex.
• Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, international suppliers and internal departments to ensure operational flow.
• Monitor shipments, customs clearance and deliveries, identifying deviations and helping resolve incidents.
• Oversee tax classifications (NCM), applicable taxes and customs regimes for operations.
• Control costs related to imports, including freight, insurance, storage, fees and taxes.
• Maintain systems, spreadsheets and indicators up to date, ensuring the reliability of information and monitoring of operations.
