Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an Import & Logistics Associate to manage end-to-end import operations, from document review to DI/LI preparation.

You will coordinate with authorities, verify files for customs clearance, and monitor currency exchange settlements and invoicing related to exchange rate fluctuations.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and English reading/writing; experience in import/export operations preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in import and export operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced English, focused on reading and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and review documents to initiate the process.
• Consult and perform fiscal and tax classification of items in advance.
• Monitor removals, desovas, TFAs, requirements related to Import Licenses (LIs), and approval of LIs by MAPA and ANVISA/other authorities.
• Prepare and register Import Licenses (LI) and Import Declarations (DI).
• Verify and submit files for customs clearance.
• Schedule processes for registration.
• Manage currency exchange settlements and monitor issuance of invoices related to exchange rate fluctuations.
