Jobtailor in Porto Alegre, Brazil seeks an experienced Implementation Lead to drive high-complexity client deployments across modules and integrations. You will train large audiences, validate migrations, and proactively manage timelines while coordinating with the Customer Success team.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in data analysis, automation tools, and consultative client engagement to optimize workflows and enable client outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Agronomy, Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or Systems Analysis.
• Experience in implementation, technical onboarding, or management system configuration.
• Experience with data migration and validation, system integrations, and diagnosing client processes.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis, with the ability to structure progress reports.
• Advanced use of AI and automation tools applied to technical workflows, with initiative to propose improvements.
• Confident communication skills to lead training sessions and conversations with technical audiences and client leadership.
• Ability to independently handle customer interactions and negotiations while aligning with company strategy.
• Consultative approach to identify best solutions and coordinate internally and externally to enable results.
• Knowledge of farm management (costs, crop cycles, inventory, accounting, tax operations) is a plus.

• Lead customized training sessions for large groups or highly technical audiences
• Validate data entered by the client and the integrity of data migrated from other systems, ensuring technical consistency and guiding corrective actions
• Independently identify and triage risks, assessing the context and the client’s motivations to address objections within scope
• Determine when to involve the Customer Success team through a structured analysis of the situation
• Proactively create and manage implementation timelines to anticipate bottlenecks
• Use team tools and AI to cross-reference customer health and engagement data, structure reports, and resolve blockers independently
• Lead the onboarding process for new analysts
• Lead the design and implementation of new workflows, manuals, and guides for the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field
• Experience in implementation, technical onboarding, or management system configuration
• Experience with data migration and validation, system integrations, and diagnosing client processes
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis, with the ability to structure progress reports
• Advanced use of AI and automation tools applied to technical workflows, with initiative to propose improvements
• Confident communication skills to lead training sessions and conversations with technical audiences and client leadership
• Ability to independently handle customer interactions and negotiations while considering the company's strategy and each client's potential
• Ability to adapt communication to the audience, conveying confidence and using it to resolve misunderstandings and conflicts
• Consultative approach: identify the best solution for each client, bring market insights into the organization, and coordinate internally and externally to enable results
• Established knowledge of farm management, including costs, crop cycles, inventory, accounting, and tax operations - a plus
• Experience creating automations and AI agents for team workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n), plus familiarity with API-based integrations - a plus
• Experience with project management methodologies - a plus
