Jobtailor is seeking a motivated undergraduate or recent graduate to help develop and maintain digital processes for corporate clients. You will analyze data, support dashboards, and assist with testing and documentation across sales and post-sales journeys.

You will work with Power BI, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and gain exposure to AI-enabled analytics. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential in this role.

Qualificações

• Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
• Completed higher education
• 3 months of experience
• Advanced Excel
• Advanced PowerPoint
• Analytical, organized, and eager-to-learn profile
• Knowledge of Power BI and AI is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain digital processes and solutions used by corporate clients, contributing to the efficiency of sales and post-sales journeys
• Support the analysis of data and performance indicators for corporate digital channels and tools, preparing monitoring reports and dashboards
• Assist with functional testing, improvement validation, data verification, and acceptance testing of new features
• Support the documentation of processes, operational workflows, business rules, and user support materials
• Collect and organize feedback from internal users, structuring requests, improvements, and fixes for digital products
• Support the management of tickets, requests, and operational demands related to digital tools
• Provide support for corporate digital channels and initiatives of the Sales and Post-Sales Division, when necessary
