Jobtailor is seeking a Technical Customer Implementation Specialist in São Paulo, Brazil to lead and execute complex customer implementations. You will actively analyze gaps between customer needs and Finnet products, configure EDI routines, and develop scripts and portals for internal and external projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, or similar)
• Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
• Knowledge of integration formats, such as CNAB, XML, and APIs
• Knowledge of systems integration and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organization and attention to detail
• Previous experience in system implementation, technical support, or related areas
• Experience with testing and validation in user acceptance testing environments
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
