We are seeking an HR Business Partner to operate in the Noroeste region of São Paulo (Jaraguá), with a hybrid work model. We look for someone with a strong generalist background, proactive attitude, ability to handle multiple demands, and a desire to be part of a team that values culture, performance, and engagement.

HR Business Partner

Location: Noroeste region of São Paulo – Bairro Jaraguá

Hybrid Model: 3 to 4 days per week on-site, as needed

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people management and decision-making.
• Lead recruitment, career development, and succession planning processes.
• Support initiatives related to climate, culture, performance, labor relations, and leadership development.
• Ensure HR policies are applied in alignment with the headquarters and contribute to continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas.
• At least 5 years of generalist HR experience with strategic involvement.
• Solid knowledge of all HR subsystems and labor legislation.
• Advanced English (communication with headquarters in Germany and other countries).
• Spanish is desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial environments or hydroelectric projects.
