Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent technician to install, calibrate and maintain equipment in cleanroom environments, with front-line field service to customers.

The role requires night-shift standby, basic fault finding, and proactive support to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction; limited supervision, opportunity to escalate to Team Leader when needed.

Located in the North or East region, the role includes AWS, VB, OT allowances.

Qualificações

• Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Able to be on standby and perform night shift duties.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Provide front-line field service support to customers in accordance with their requirements and service commitments.
• Carry out basic fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification of product and equipment issues with minimum supervision.
• Perform planned maintenance and after-sales servicing to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve service issues, escalating complex technical matters to the Team Leader or Technical Support personnel when necessary.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
