Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to lead site teams, coordinating supervisors, technicians, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will oversee daily site operations, review drawings and specifications, plan installations, and monitor manpower, materials, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective execution while complying with safety requirements.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering, M&E, construction, or data centres.
• Experience managing site activities, contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems, switchgear, transformers, and testing & commissioning.
• Familiar with local electrical regulations and safety requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews in line with WSH regulations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and progress to milestones.
• Prepare project reports and technical documentation for reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate site teams, including supervisors, technicians, contractors, and vendors, to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
• Oversee daily site operations and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical installation works in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources to support timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work procedures to facilitate smooth project implementation.
• Coordinate and support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for electrical systems, including LV/HV distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, and related equipment.
• Ensure all installation, testing, and commissioning activities comply with statutory requirements, project specifications, and client standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety reviews to promote compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, work quality, and project progress to achieve key project milestones.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for internal and client reporting.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and support team members to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, M&E, construction, industrial facilities, power distribution, data centre, or related project environments.
• Experience managing site activities, contractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders within a project-based environment.
• Good technical knowledge of LV/HV electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, power distribution systems, and electrical testing & commissioning.
• Familiarity with electrical installation, troubleshooting, and project execution processes.
• Understanding of local electrical regulations, safety standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
• Experience in managing quality, safety, cost, and project performance is an added advantage.
