Responsibilities

1. Collect equipment fault information (including historical data, fault recordings, etc.) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.
2. Conduct inspection of arrived goods and request the client/owner to sign the goods receipt.
3. Review the quantity of replacement spare parts for the client, conduct a preliminary analysis of the reasons for replacement, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.
4. Provide maintenance and follow-up support for key client projects.
5. Execute and implement the requirements from the R&D team, provide the estimated completion time, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.
6. Forecast the on-site spare parts demand (3 months in advance) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor.

Requirements

• Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fields.
• Previous experience in PV, BESS industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dedication to problem solving.
• Good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipments.
