About the Company

We're a fast-growing sustainable brand helping cafés and coffee chains replace single-use plastic with high-performance paper products that fully decompose. Our products are used in 4,000+ locations across North America, and we’re expanding quickly.

The Role

You will own outbound end-to-end: data sourcing, sequence building, deliverability, copywriting, and HubSpot pipeline management. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands modern outbound tools and loves combining technical operations with high-quality messaging.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage outbound workflows using Apollo, Clay, and Instantly / Smartlead.
  • Manage domain warm‑up, deliverability, and sender rotation to maintain strong inbox placement.
  • Source, clean, and enrich lead lists based on our ICP.
  • Write and test outbound sequences in clean, native-level English that match the company's brand tone.
  • Monitor performance and optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline stages in HubSpot.
  • Hit 15–20 qualified meetings / month after the first 60 days.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience owning outbound operations for U.S.-based companies.
  • Hands‑on experience with Apollo + Clay + Instantly / Smartlead (required).
  • Deep understanding of domain warm‑up, deliverability, and email infrastructure.
  • Strong written English, with the ability to write concise and brand‑aligned copy.
  • Comfort working independently, iterating quickly, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, process‑driven, and proactive in improving systems.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in CPG, e‑commerce, or sustainability.
  • Experience booking meetings with cafés, food service, or retail brands.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot beyond basic CRM usage.
