A fast-growing sustainable brand in Brazil is seeking a Growth SDR (Outbound) to manage end-to-end outbound operations. The role involves data sourcing, lead enrichment, and writing brand-aligned messages in English. The ideal candidate has proven experience in outbound operations for U.S.-based companies and is proficient in using tools like Apollo and Clay. This position is a remote full-time contractor role offering an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding company.

We're a fast-growing sustainable brand helping cafés and coffee chains replace single‑use plastic with high-performance paper products that fully decompose. Our products are used in 4,000+ locations across North America, and we’re expanding quickly.
You will own outbound end-to-end: data sourcing, sequence building, deliverability, copywriting, and HubSpot pipeline management. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands modern outbound tools and loves combining technical operations with high-quality messaging.
Build and manage outbound workflows using Apollo, Clay, and Instantly / Smartlead.
Manage domain warm‑up, deliverability, and sender rotation to maintain strong inbox placement.
Source, clean, and enrich lead lists based on our ICP.
Write and test outbound sequences in clean, native-level English that match the company’s brand tone.
Monitor performance and optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversions.
Maintain accurate pipeline stages in HubSpot.
Hit 15–20 qualified meetings / month after the first 60 days.
Proven experience owning outbound operations for U.S.-based companies.
Hands‑on experience with Apollo + Clay + Instantly / Smartlead (required).
Deep understanding of domain warm‑up, deliverability, and email infrastructure.
Strong written English, with the ability to write concise and brand-aligned copy.
Comfort working independently, iterating quickly, and tracking performance metrics.
Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive in improving systems.
Experience in CPG, e-commerce, or sustainability.
Experience booking meetings with cafés, food service, or retail brands.
Familiarity with HubSpot beyond basic CRM usage.
