Airswift is seeking a Global Recruiter for its Rio de Janeiro office. The role focuses on recruitment delivery for existing and new customers, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across diverse roles.

You will build strong relationships with candidates and clients, while collaborating with senior consultants to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (completed or about to be).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and an aptitude for learning new software tools.
• Drive to meet and exceed targets, whether related to calls, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated even during slow periods or after facing rejection.
• Eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry and develop a career in recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and able to work as part of a team to meet both individual and collective goals.
• Open to learning and taking on new challenges, and comfortable with change in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Source suitable candidates for open job roles using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and experience to match client requirements.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and relevant insights on their qualifications and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and keep them updated on the hiring process. Communicate client feedback and help candidates prepare for interviews.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including managing candidate data, preparing contracts or offers, and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system.
• Work closely with senior consultants and other team members to ensure recruitment targets are met and clients' needs are effectively addressed.

Role Description

Airswift is looking for a Global Recruiter to join Rio de Janeiro office. The Global recruiter will focus on recruitment delivery to existing & new customers. The Global recruiter will work in recruitment and will develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. The professional will work closely with senior consultants to help meet client needs by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles.
