Wise in São Paulo, Brazil, is hiring a senior recruitment partner to design and execute world‑class hiring strategies, working closely with cross‑functional teams to enable rapid, data‑driven growth.

You will build lasting relationships with top talent, develop pipelines beyond traditional job boards, and use metrics to guide salary benchmarking, onboarding, and scalability across the business.

Qualificações

• 3+ years driving full-cycle recruitment and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
• Advanced or fluent English for global collaboration, alongside fluent Portuguese.
• Deep understanding of the São Paulo talent landscape, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to look beyond traditional job boards to build long-term pipelines and vibrant talent communities.
• Strong track record of using recruitment metrics to advise hiring managers on talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and process optimization.

• Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges, optimizing processes for global scalability.
• Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
