• Manage Data: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Keep a pool of qualified candidates ready for future roles.
• Support Candidates: Be the main point of contact for questions and updates.
• Meet Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
