Jobtailor is seeking a Business Analyst in Brazil to bridge business needs with technology delivery. You will gather stakeholder requirements, document functional and non-functional specs with UML, refine backlogs with user stories and acceptance criteria, and create flow diagrams plus technical docs.

You\'ll validate rules by querying SQL databases, participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, and use Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for tracking. Strong communication across teams is essential.
