Jobtailor seeks a contracts and licensing specialist to interpret licensing agreements in Portuguese and English and manage contract records for timely execution.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Content and Technology teams to ensure accurate data entry, governance, and compliant processes across high-volume contract environments, while improving workflows with automation and standardization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts.
• Experience entering and maintaining information in systems.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organization and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property, Copyright, and licensing.
• Experience with high-volume contracts and governance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret rights licensing agreements and ensure accurate contract records.
• Record contractual terms and related information in corporate systems.
• Monitor financial assumptions and payment deadlines for licenses.
• Ensure system records are completed and materials delivered on deadlines for licensing terms to commence.
• Ensure compliance with licensing processes and governance.
• Keep contract management systems and document repositories up-to-date and organized.
