Jobtailor is seeking a contract lawyer to draft, review, and adapt commercial agreements and NDAs, while providing advisory support to sales, marketing, product, and operations teams in Brazil. The role involves direct negotiations with major accounts and partners, and developing standard templates within a CLM system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Postgraduate degree in Contracts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and adapt commercial agreements, terms of use, NDAs, partnership agreements, and amendments
• Provide legal advisory support to business teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations), enabling new partnerships
• Actively participate in meetings and direct negotiations with major accounts, partners, and strategic suppliers
• Develop and update standard contract templates
• Manage requests through a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
