Grupo Boticário is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to issue and renew licenses nationwide, interpret legislation for operational processes, and review licensing projects.

You will manage property documentation for licensing and archiving, handle annual fee payments, monitor renewal readiness, organize digital files, and liaise with public authorities and internal stakeholders across the group.

Qualificações

• Completed degree or pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of integrated management systems and Google Workspace tools.
• Analytical and critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach to time optimization.
• Knowledge of licensing processes (operating permits, AVCB, health permits).
• Experience reading/interpreting licensing projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of data and KPI analysis is a plus.

Requirements

• Completed degree or currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of integrated management systems and Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides)
• Critical and analytical thinking, with a solution-oriented approach focused on optimizing time
• Knowledge of licensing processes required (operating permits, AVCB [Fire Department Inspection Certificate], and health permits are essential)
• Experience reading and interpreting projects for licensing purposes is a plus
• Knowledge of data and KPI analysis and interpretation is a plus
