Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead civil maintenance across multiple units. You will develop the team, monitor KPIs, and ensure service continuity across operations.

The role requires strong planning and leadership, with proficiency in MS Project and SAP, to drive improvements in asset availability and cost efficiency. Fluency in English is preferred for cross-unit coordination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and MS Project.
• Solid experience in civil maintenance management, preferably in infrastructure, concessions, transportation, mobility, engineering, or critical operations environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving maintenance plans with KPI compliance.
• Experience developing improvement, innovation, and new technology projects for maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of maintenance services within annual and multi-year budgets across business units.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards and promote continuous improvement in management processes and projects.
• Foster a culture of ownership regarding assets, employees, and the company.

• Ensure delivery of the services outlined in the annual and multi-year budgets of the Business Units, supporting maintenance activity planning.


• Develop team members through regular feedback, action plans, and the promotion of the company culture.


• Strengthen the analysis and monitoring of contractual and maintenance KPIs and ensure targets are met.


• Ensure the development of the Five-Year Plan based on monitoring activities, maintenance plans, parameters, contractual obligations, and improvement projects.


• Encourage new ideas and initiatives that facilitate equipment operation, maintenance, and availability.


• Share best practices and contribute to resource optimization across the Business Units.


• Ensure compliance with and updating of safety procedures and equipment, eliminating unsafe acts and meeting applicable standards.


• Promote continuous improvement in management processes, improvement projects, and studies of new technologies.


• Foster a culture of ownership regarding assets, employees, and the company.


• Conduct technical studies in maintenance disciplines for Motiva's New Business area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and MS Project.


• Solid experience in civil maintenance management, preferably in infrastructure, concessions, transportation, mobility, engineering, or critical operations environments.


• Experience working in highly complex operational environments where service continuity is essential.


• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, working closely with operational areas to ensure execution of maintenance plans, compliance with contractual KPIs, and continuous process improvement.


• Participation in strategic projects, technical studies, or new business initiatives.


• Experience leading initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and increased asset availability.


• Intermediate English proficiency.


• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, and Power BI.


• Preferred: Experience working in regulated environments or environments with contractual obligations.


• Preferred: Experience developing improvement, innovation, and new technology projects applied to maintenance.


• Preferred: Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and audit processes.
