Jobtailor seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to ensure the execution of the team’s initiatives and maintain system stability in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role orchestrates delivery, removes blockers, and coordinates with enabling teams to deliver on time while guiding architecture evolution and cross-functional collaboration in São Paulo region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related fields.
• 10 years of experience in technical and business roles within the financial industry.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented profile.
• MBA in IT management or related areas preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of the team's initiatives and the stability of the environment.
• Act as the orchestrator of the delivery system, ensuring the team can progress despite dependencies, incidents, external pressures, and governance challenges.
• Support the development, acquisition and evolution of system-wide solutions.
• Coordinate the lifecycle of initiatives related to the engineering/delivery team, leading activities executed directly by the team and ensuring enabling teams provide the necessary inputs on time.
