Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead in the São Paulo region to drive development teams, define system architecture, and promote agile software engineering practices. You will mentor engineers, oversee code quality, and guide digital transformation efforts across business units.

Candidates should have extensive experience in Java, TypeScript, C#, and .NET, with microservices, CI/CD, and security-aware development.
