Could you be the full-time ISR (Integrated Services Readiness) Engineer in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and ISR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a crucial role in managing ISR project activities, ensuring quality, cost‑efficiency, and timely delivery. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and client interface teams), coordinate ISR deliveries during proposal and design phases, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing ISR management plans (Maintenance Plan, Training Plan, Obsolescence Plan, LCC, etc.), but also consolidating contributions from internal and external stakeholders to fulfill ISR obligations.

Knowledge of LCC Analysis, including estimating operating, tools, maintenance, and disposal costs.
Understanding of obsolescence analysis, LSA, and ILS activities.
Knowledge of spare parts analysis, maintenance plans, and training plans.
