Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Manaus seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of projects in power quality, energy storage and renewable energy sectors. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet safety, quality and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience in electrical, industrial, construction

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, industrial, construction or engineering projects.
• Prior experience in site management, project coordination and subcontractor supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and oversee site personnel, subcontractors and project coordination with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, site activities and schedules to ensure timely manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Identify and resolve site issues, project risks and changes promptly.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements; conduct regular site inspections.
• Monitor project performance and support profitable delivery of projects.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Prepare site reports, project documentation and regular progress updates for management.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for future project development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
