STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead daily site operations, supervise teams and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Responsibilities span from site preparation through testing, commissioning and handover.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in power systems or industrial projects. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential for successful project delivery and client

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, power systems, industrial projects or electrical construction.
• Proven experience managing site operations, installation works and subcontractors.
• Experience in power quality, energy storage, renewable energy or related electrical projects is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily site operations and supervise site personnel, subcontractors and installation teams.
• Oversee project execution from site preparation to handover, including testing and commissioning.
• Monitor progress, work schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and other site resources to support project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Review drawings, specifications and engineering documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, project risks and variations promptly.
• Monitor project costs and resource utilization to support commercial performance and cost control.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and documentation for management.
• Maintain good client relationships and identify opportunities for future business.
• Support management in project planning and client discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project costs, resource utilisation and work progress to support commercial performance and cost control.

• Maintain good client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-up projects and future business.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, power systems, industrial projects or electrical construction.

• Proven experience managing site operations, installation works and subcontractors.

• Experience in power quality, energy storage, renewable energy or related electrical projects will be an advantage.
