Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in the North region seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of projects in the Power Quality, Energy Storage and Renewable Energy sector. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within quality standards and in line with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, industrial, construction or engineering projects.
• Experience in site management, project coordination and subcontractor supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and oversee site personnel, subcontractors and project activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, site activities and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for project execution.
• Identify and resolve site issues, project risks and changes promptly.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor project performance and support the successful and profitable delivery of projects.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare site reports, project documentation and regular progress updates for management.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for future project development.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering documents and project specifications.

• Candidates with experience in power systems, power quality, energy storage, renewable energy, electrical installation or related engineering projects will be advantageous.
