As Senior Global Recruiter you'll lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions and functions, aligning with business priorities and hiring high-performing people for a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment. As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a strategic role in shaping EBANX’s workforce, building relationships with senior leaders, and driving exceptional candidate experiences.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Business Partners (BPs) and hiring leaders across global business and corporate teams (but not limited to) to understand business goals and talent needs, ensuring alignment with EBANX’s hiring strategy;
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including reviewing inbound applications, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting thorough technical and behavioral interviews and closing processes;
  • Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from start to finish, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for candidates;
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Provide consultative recommendations to hiring managers and cross functional partners, leveraging data and market insights to guide decisions and secure the best talent for each role;
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on talent market trends, organizational architecture, and compensation structures to remain competitive in hiring top talent globally;
  • EBANX Culture Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador and team mentorship, championing EBANX’s values, culture, and #ebanxlife best practices to attract and engage top talent;
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in recruiting practices, adopting innovative sourcing strategies, tools, and frameworks to achieve hiring excellence, participating in additional projects as needed.

Main requirements for this position:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Solid experience in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical roles, ideally for global companies and/or agencies;
  • Strategic Partnering: Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, align talent strategies with business goals, and provide data-driven recommendations;
  • Adaptability: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a results-driven mindset;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to influence and build trust across all organizational levels;
  • Excellence-Driven: Commitment to achieving outstanding results while upholding EBANX’s values;

What would be a plus?

  • Global Perspective: Experience working in multicultural, globally distributed teams in technology companies, with knowledge of international hiring practices and markets;
  • Spanish: We expect to continue to grow our Spanish speaking hiring needs, so any command is a differentiator;
  • Executive Hiring: Experience with senior or executive-level recruiting is a strong advantage;
