Our client is a leading food manufacturing and distribution company. They are recruiting a Distribution Supervisor to oversee day-shift receiving, inventory control and distribution support activities. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Day Shift. The role focuses on supervising receiving, stock verification, and coordinating handovers to the night shift while maintaining GMP and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• Minimum GCE N Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
• Hands-on experience in receiving, stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory records and reporting.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, GMP environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily receiving activities and verify incoming goods.

Our client is a leading food manufacturing and distribution company, supporting the production, storage and nationwide distribution of food products to various customers and business channels. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Distribution Supervisor to oversee day-shift receiving, inventory control and distribution support activities. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily receiving activities, ensuring incoming finished goods from manufacturing facilities are properly checked, counted, verified and recorded.

• Oversee the receiving, sorting and quantity verification of returned products to ensure stock records remain accurate.

• Reconcile Delivery Orders (D/O) against physical stock received and prepare daily inventory and discrepancy reports for management review.

• Monitor operational stock levels, including packaging materials, equipment, stationery and other supplies required for distribution activities.

• Coordinate the preparation and staging of products scheduled for night-shift distribution to ensure timely and accurate handover.

• Conduct structured shift handovers, highlighting outstanding tasks, stock discrepancies, pending deliveries and operational issues to the night-shift team.

• Plan and allocate manpower according to daily workload, shipment schedules and operational requirements.

• Supervise dispatch personnel and monitor daily work activities, attendance, productivity and adherence to operational procedures.

• Ensure warehouse and distribution activities are carried out in accordance with established GMP, food safety, workplace safety and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or transportation operations, preferably with supervisory or senior-level experience.

• Hands‑on experience in receiving, stock counting, inventory reconciliation, dispatch or warehouse operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory records, basic calculations, data entry and operational reporting.

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, cold-chain or GMP‑regulated environments will be an advantage.
